BIBLICAL! Outdoor concerts are always a gamble (weather permitting), but it was gorgeous night! Garbage was stellar! Noel Gallagher (w/Gem Archer)HFB in NYC's Central Park (John Lennon's favorite)-priceless!Incredible sound-man deserves a bonus!
Tickets were good. CMAC needs to direct better for parking in premium lots. We bought a parking pass and never used it as no one was directing where to go and landed in another lot and due to heavy rain we were not able to get back yo correct lot when we figured it out as road was washed out from heavy rain and we had to remain parked in another lot
This the first time I ever used Ticketmaster. I had some struggles only because I am used to printed tickets and not electronic ones.I will probably use this method again, however I feel more comfortable with printing of tickets. What happens if your phone does not work at the event or there is a shut down.Remember, not every person has a cell phone or Internet access. You can’t forget them!
Beyonce always puts on a good show and this did not disappoint! However as someone who has seen her no less than 5 times, this want my fav. I feel like the transitions between sets for Lemonade and On the Run II were better. The opportunity to make it a full on Queer/Dance extravaganza was missed by the lag between transitions. It would have been easy to incorporate the dance competitions through tour or to just have better videos with a more cohesive storyline.
I definitely paid way too much money for how much of the show I was actually able to see. Sure, I'm not the tallest person but I also didn't realize that my seat would be nothing but a folding chair on the floor behind a hundred other people. I could've seen more from the nosebleeds for a fraction of the ticket price. Very frustrating that there is not a more detailed pr descriptive seating chart provided when purchasing
First time at the Greek Theater and it’s was an incredible experience. The venue is very organized when it comes to parking (entering & exiting). I really enjoyed the concert because the seatings are sloped so there isn’t a bad seat in the house. Nice atmosphere too! Very intimate setting
The process of ticketing and entry into the event was simple. The traffic and the time it took to get in and out of the venue (First Bank Amphitheater, Franklin TN) was horendous. We missed the opening act as it took over an hour to get into the parking lot and then over an hour and half to get out however, the Ticketmaster expierence was great, they have really stepped up their game to prevent fraud and create an easy user experience.
The security and entrance process was quick and easy. A nice choice of local food and drink options. Seating on lawn with our own chairs gave us the opportunity to sit comfortably away from others and yet, we still felt the excitement of other fans. Sound of bands was excellent.
The Rady concert hall did not use their giant monitoring screens, so it was very hard to see Neil Young. Couldn't see his guitar playing or harmonica playing. Disappointing.
There was a 30min delay of entry to the venue. Also could have setup the merch tables to have lines exit the merch table a specific direction so people weren’t walking back through the line especially since a lines were out the door of the area where the merch was located
Show was great but buying tickets is never a fun experience. Trying to get a ticket is difficult and many scalpers buy up good seats which forces fans to buy worse seats or buy from scalpers. It really sucks knowing there are lots of good seats that could have gone to fans but instead they sat empty at a "sold out" show. Many of ticketmasters policies make it harder for fans. It doesn't seem like they actually care about fans. But since so many venues use ticketmaster it's almost impossible to see concerts without using this service.
Neil was amazing! He made this concert feel like we were in living room!! He was so authentic & real!Beautiful experience with a true Rock Great!!
