Didn't pick up at pick up spot went long route to boost up fare it raised from the agreed R178 to R237 when trip was done didn't noticed since it was a card payment an receipt came after vai email
The driver was super kind, and took us exactly where we needed to go . I accidentally forgot my wallet in the back seat, and they found it and returned it to me. Thank you sooooo much ! 5 stars !
We’ve been all over Mexico City with no problems using Uber. We love that we can see everything in English to assure we know we’ll where we’re going and costs. It’s given us a lot of independence here and the ability to see a lot more than if we were trying to drive in this crazy traffic or taking public transportation. Awesome

I am a new delivery driver on Uber. They rejected my insurance which includes commercial and business purposes use allowance. They do not reject me only but also they did not give response my calls. They claimed "you did not give any ride yet. You are not prioritised" Then they hang up!They stuck you without providing solution. What a stupid system!
Amazing, made my trip to Bristol so easy getting about, got a taxi in minutes, efficient, value for money and got a receipt soon after 100%frank Dublin.
The driver was spot on time. He even waited a few minutes for me to retrieve something I forgot. His fee was very competitive compared to the fees I paid for other taxis to the airport.
This is actually my first time using Uber. I'm from the USA so I was a bit skeptical about using the app. Normally when I'm abroad I would opt to use a rental.....rentals tend to be a big mistake these days {insurance, time and hidden costs, etc.}. Every driver I experienced was helpful and accommodating. I plan to use Uber going forward.... additionally it's cheaper and safer... because getting lost {wrong turn} using Google abroad could be dangerous.
