I use Uber often. Using the Uber application is easy and gives me choices on vehicle type and cost. It gives all the detail on arrival time, driver name and car description with license tag. I feel very safe and this driver had nice clean car and was a safe driver, thoughtful, kind and informative.
horrible app. constant problems with tipping and chargebacks. cant make a Factura for my job Expenses. have tried everything. Support is absolutley useless.
Customer Service is absolutely shocking, so don’t bother. I ordered 2 meals, and when it arrived one was missing. I reported this on the app and then ordered again to receive the missing items. In the support chat I then also added that I would like a refund for the delivery & service charge on the second order as I had only had to make it as was missing in first order. The chat went back and forth several times with generic robot responses before I gave up and went to twitter. I sent screenshots of the conversation, including proof this was reported at the time of order and that my experience had been a bit rubbish. I received the same copy & paste reply, to which I sent back and then had a response to say as it was now past 48 hours there was nothing that can do. Absolute rubbish - seriously AVOID
ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IN FACT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SOLVE AN ISSUE WITH MY DAUGHTER NOT BEING ABLE TO ARRANGE A RIDE WITH UBER AND DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS, CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS UNREACHABLE. PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED! UNFORTUNATELY, COULD NOT GIVE ZERO START FOR RATING.
Every Uber I’ve called has been great with the exception of the last one from O’Hare International. Arrival was in terminal 3, we had to walk to terminal 2 to meet up with our Uber. Thank goodness we weren’t at terminal 5 This mater should be of consideration!!!
Traveling in France and unfamiliar with the area. I had my friend waiting and watching for me outside the residence. Driver stopped, go out and put my things out and I told him I didn't see my friend, that the street wasn't the right one. He told me it was right and made me get out and drove off. I had to use Google maps to walk the rest of the way, 10 minutes, with a large 40 lb suitcase, up a lot of stairs to the street above the one he left me on, then down that street before I found my friend.
App gives you all the details like name of drivers, license plate, etc. Also I prebooked my arrival in advance and driver arrived early which was great so we can getbto.the airport earlier. So my departure was great and my arrival as well.
easiest way to get from a to b on a smart phone app i am retired this works out better than owning a car
Convenient. Reasonable. Safe. Uber is just the best when I travel — my husband and I often go different places in Vegas and it’s just too hot to walk in July.
Appalling customer service. App would not allow me to book in real time at cost of £11 would only allow prebook at extortionate price of £44 I needed to get to the station so booked.I called customer services who have since acknowledged a technical issue but have refused to help despite me contacting before my journey. I asked them to Change by booking but this was rejected A supervisor said to raise after my journey What a joke! I feel scammed out of £30 plus.
My driver, Albert was wonderful and went way out of his way to help us but he and a previous driver whom we had to cancel told us that Uber had given them the wrong destinations spot. They sent them to the MBTA station and they should have been sent to the Amtrak station. It was very frustrating.
Utterly hopeless in London if you are not central. Numerous trips either cancelled or simply not able to find a driver. I've basically given up with these idio*ts now.
