Disgusting service I am STILL waiting for my refund almost a month later. The item I ordered was not in stock. I have emailed at least 4 times. I was emailed back once saying I would recieve a refund within 24 hours this was about 3 weeks ago ... PLEASE reply ASAP and give me my refund!
I love the selection and have a friend who sent me here, so I knew they were legit. However, after I ordered, for some reason I cannot sign into my account. It told me my password was wrong so I attempted to reset it. After trying twice, I did not get a reset email. Also, when I did try to sign in and it rejected my information, it kept taking me to a blank white page that just says forbidden. I just want to be able to access the site to check on my order and order more stuff? Can you help me figure out this issue?
Today, 12/8 I finally received the clothing items but I am still missing the shoes. The clothing is beautiful but I really need the rest of my order. Maybe plan more ahead if you want to order something for a special occasion and I really think the company should send email updates without us having to reach out to them. It would be better if their website stated shoes will be sent separately or that they are a specialty item and take longer or whatever we the case is.
Great place n good discounts, but they are slow on sending tracking info. And i also paid for priority shipping for halloween so I hope it makes it in time frfr. They suck at communicating and getting tracking numbers out
Love the products. Delivered quickly however they give you a discount on product advertise free shipping on sale items if purchase over a certain amount amount but by the time you i purchase 100 to 200 dollar in merchandise with sales items i then can’t use free shipping off merchandise over 50 dollars. They then charge me half my savings for the shipping charges. Not sure I’m really getting a good deal. I have made 3 purchases from here and think its time to take my business elsewhere. Spending $500 should get me free shipping not an addition $100+ in shipping cost.
