I'm not sure why people give more stars. I ordered some clothes for my holiday they are all unsuitable due to the fabric being extremely thin you can see your underwear through them. Returning items is a joke. You have to send 3 photos per item and then send proof of returns. I definitely won't be using Shein again as they are far worse than primark clothes. The pictures of the clothes look amazing but in reality I think they just copy them and hope for the best.
I have ordered several times from Shein, without any problems. Also finding their clothing is great, especially dresses for holidays, when I can't find anything decent and pretty in the UK under £50. Just ordered more too, I have no problems with the website...and I'm 67...no problems with the carriage, and don't understand why people only leave the negative comments on here, rather than positive too !!!
Shein replied back to my message (not received refund yet) saying contact our customer service but when you go onto this onto the app all you get is the robot who just sends you around in circles so you can get a proper answer from them. Also says contact an agent but doesn’t tell you where. Awful website never ever buy again from them. There happy to take your money but not refund it when you ask.
Returned items I tracked ended up at ASOS contacted Evri via message never had a reply. Tried contacting Shein can’t get through to anyone . Followed all the links and still unable to get a response £45.47 still not refunded . I won’t use anyone that uses Evri or SHEIN because impossible to talk to anyone very poor service .I’ve tried all the links from SHEIN customer service and you just go round circles Their reply on trust pilot is automated so clearly they are not reading the reviews.
As it is very easy to order but Return is horrible. We have purchased a few items in May and returned few on June through EVRi. As EVRi confirmed that the returned items reached the retailer but haven't heard from Shei until today.Shein should have proper customer service channel or email address to be contacted for refunds.We are awaiting a response from Shein
Shocking company.. u order items thinkin u can safely & EASILY return & they make it impossible givin u no support wotsoever apart from speakin to an iBot that is absolutely useless! I've sent emails to no avail - to two different addresses with not one single response - no reply from their 'customer service' so now I'm stuck with items I dont even want - this company feels like a scam.. u order items as they state u can return but then make it impossible so u end up havin to keep everythin - I've already deleted the Shein app!! avoid this company at all costs I will never order from them again!
Customer service showed interest in my problem, and did their best to resolve it.It did take long, but that's because they needed photos for proof, and once that was done, my problem was sorted.

I actually thought i was the only one having issues but i have now read many are having issues with the app where a robot replies and we just go in circles it never use to be like that! Why have shein changed everything!shein use to be amazing before Their gona start loosing all regular customers because ive defo stopped using it now im still waiting for refund since 7th july no one to talk to just some stupid robot says speak to an agent like where do i go to speak to agent!!!!!!!!!
Clothes arrived very quickly considering where they came from. I was informed all the way where my parcel was. Arrived on time and quality and value was good.
