So quick and easy they kept me informed all the way from placing the order to dispatching the order. witch carrier would be delivering the order and when it would be delivered.
My order was fine but the delivery driver didn't leave a card and left my parcel in a garden 2 houses up which is disgusting!
My order came earlier than the nominated date given which made me happier than usual. It meant that I could dispense with the bulky bedside lamp I was given and use one which took up no room at all on the bedside table. Thanks Littlewoods!

I have been a long time customer of Littlewoods for' a number of year's and have never had an issue with the company, because if you do have an issue they deal with it as best and as prompt as possible.
Paid for Tuesday delivery and it's now Thursday and still not here.EDIT. Littlewoods have now emailed me to tell me to keep checking the tracking details, as if I haven't been doing that! Tracking hasn't changed since Tuesday when the item should have been delivered. Also I was promised a phone call within 24hrs,that was 27hrs ago. Not at all happy with the service I paid extra for.2nd EDIT Fri 14th. Still no delivery still no phone call though I supplied my number twice. Fuming.
I opened the box and it was tiny bits of Styrofoam that was supposed to protect the microwaveWhen we lifted the microwave out the box the side panel that has the controls is broken I could see the wires inside itI also meant to say there is someone picking it up on FridaySo we will see how quickly my account is refunded
