Ive bought from this website a couple of times and its not bad. One thing i didn't like was the customer service i purchased a dress size S and they sent a XXL and i never was able to return or get my money back i email customer service and they just gave me the run around.
Ordered September 19 Today is October 9 Never received my order # 112581761Called several times . No answerEmailed several times no answer . Spent more than a hundred dollars . I’m about to head out to the warehouse to get what I paid for. Worst clothing company experience. Not even a foreign company would treat me like this. Scum business taking peoples money .
I ordered 3 dresses from AmiClubwear. I didn't have any issue with the items being out of stock, and the order reached me within 2-3 days (disclaimer: I live in southern California where the company is based. That being said, $17 to ship to the next county over seems way too high.) Package had some completely random free samples in it (not of accessories, perfume, or anything relevant). As for the dresses, they look like what I ordered and don't have any damage, and they fit OK. The material on all 3 clung tight to the skin, and while it works for an occasional night at the club or whatever, it seems too cheap to wear on a regular basis. There was also a bit of a chemical smell on one of the dresses but I think it will go away if I wash it. I'm unsure if I'd order again. I'd suggest people considering buying from here pay attention to the "clubwear" in the name: if you're looking for something to wear everyday, something professional, or upscale, this isn't the site for you.
I placed it order and paid for priority shipping on Sunday so that I could get my Halloween costume for tomorrow. Your website says it takes 2 days to process orders but I still haven't gotten an email saying my order has shipped. I'm extremely dissapointed. I even emailed support and no one got back to me and I've called multiple times and no one is answering. My order # is 112552572.
I’ve sent them email, and they sent an automatic response email saying something about their warehouse is moving and also called these ppl a million times no response. I am going do a dispute with my bank especially after reading these reviews and not getting any responses back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. There’s a reason for these sale prices. I will never order from these ppl again!!!
AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER IM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! order #112569170 The dress came in quicker than anticipated so that was nice. The dress looks nothing like the pictures though. It only comes to my calves and I ordered a large and I’m 5’4. The cut of the shoulders is messed up on one side and continues to fall off my shoulders while the other side stays on. Up close the dress looks cheaply made. I attempted to find out how to make a return I sent several emails but no any answer then i went on the internet and did find a help number which is Nine one nine⁹³⁹²⁵⁴⁴with the help of this service number i was able to get in touch with customer service !!!!Return information given in timely manner by representative !!!!!!Needed help with a return. They rectified the situation without any problems. More than helpful! Trusted positive customer service experience. that is very hard to come by these days! Thanks
I really like my items and when 1 item wasn’t available they emailed me and told me I can order with my store credit and I did. They kept there word even if my items I liked were not available they would let me know and I got something else but no problems. All my orders have been over $100 and So far so Good!!!
Getting very worried about my order as the website states it takes 2 days to process but it’s been over a week and I’ve still not received shipping confirmation. Also tried to email a few times and no one gets back to me. Hoping it comes in time for Halloween but I have a feeling I won’t, I spent a lot of money on shipping too.

I have known Amiclubwear since 2014 with quality shoes and clothes, although I haven’t bought from them for a while so I looked up some reviews and found NUMEROUS HORRIBLE reviews which should discourage me from buying but I went ahead for some reason! I received the 4 rags they sent since December 30, 2022. I can’t even give those supposed clothes to my worst enemy to wear! They won’t connect me to talk directly to any staff but would reply emails with their nonsense policy!
So bummedBought a hard to find costume from here a week ago & paid for expedited shipping. No answer ever to calls or emails asking for a tracking #. & reading the reviews it seems likely I was scammed too. Now I have to go through the dispute process with PayPalHorrible customer service
It was my first time purchasing from here, and I had a great experience! I ordered two Halloween costumes on the 25th of October, while paying for the $11 shipping fee (for the 2-day shipping, which is expensive... but I needed it before/on the holiday) & it came in on the 28th! Yay! I was afraid it wouldn’t make it before Halloween Day, because of all the complaints customers’ had recently, but I’ve had no issues with this company at all. I got my tracking number the next day after I ordered, and was able to track my packages without any delays. The Halloween costumes came out nicely, and I’m satisfied. Thank you!
Excellent quality. I had so many compliments anywhere I went. I added a wig and shiny leggings and boots. Very high end look and super great quality. Great Costumes all around!!!
