The take my car with my medicine 💊 because I didnt make a payment, but I did pay what the ask for ,to get my car back the give wrong number ,now I'm with no medicine and I have to wait for 3 days this cost $180 dollars for every day ...bad bad 👎 services.
Despite being a loyal customer for several years, my experience with this bank has been terrible, mainly due to the unprofessional customer service that failed to assist me when I needed it the most. I had high hopes that they would manage my pension funds effectively and provide me with a reliable source of income in my retirement. However, they consistently charged my account with fees, even when I hadn't made any transactions. They were unresponsive to my queries and complaints, with unacceptable response times. As a result, I can no longer trust this platform with my pension fund and have decided to transfer my portfolio to Asllc. They have been transparent in their dealings with me and have promptly addressed all my concerns. I find them to be more reliable and committed to their obligations, providing me with the best possible service since I joined them.
After many years of being a BOA customer, and paying outrageous interest each month, I found out that they charge interest on your revolving balance and every month the revolving balance is higher than my statement balance. I called to have someone explain it but it's a maze to get a straight answer. I only looked into this over the last couple of months, but January, February and March, the interest was charged on approximately, a $200.00 higher balance than my statement balance. Their calculations are charging interest, putting on the balance and then charging interest on the higher amount, as in, on top of interest that was already charged. I HATE BOA. I am writing to whoever I can to see if this is legal. I need a forensic accountant!
If it was possible I would put zero stars. This piece of useless Bank has strong armed us into keeping our money with them that we have not been able to pay any of our business bills. They make our payments go missing until we are on the verge of default because of them. They can rot in hell. It's been going on till now
Identify/fraud theft victim. AXP/Chase/Barklay/BAC all attacked. BAC only one that did not protect me (6 figure account for 25+ years). I have submitted a claim and multiple appeals. The local authorities actually found the person who did it (provided info). BAC just says “your account was accessed with a device consistent with your account”. Confused why BAC did block several other attacks and “canceled my Debit card”. BAC nothing but high fees, pays nothing and worst of all, do not care or protect customers.
Lost plenty of money while trying to get my account opened back, this bank are absolutely useless when it matters. No interest in looking beyond the superficial and not interested in combatting blatant criminality through their network months and months of going to the back to get out my money but was denied I had to contact an anti fraud agency to get out my money𝓐𝓼𝓼𝓮𝓽 𝓻𝓮𝓬𝓸𝓾𝓹 .𝓬𝓸𝓶 helped asap.
The account minimum balance rule ($1500 daily) and associated fee was a bit confusing. I was charged a fee, called the specialist and was unable to get the refund. I honestly do not know whats the benefit of BoA when compare to other banks who offer more perks/benefits and credit card rewards.I would advise consider other bank if you have reasonable ATMs neareby your location.Thanks
Worst predator bank ever. Preyed on me for a year until I took the bait and applied for their ridiculous Alaska Airlines card. The card has annual fee so it's no bargain to begin with. Astronomical interest rate of over 28 %. But alas, turned down because I don't buy on credit enough and failed their "validation" test. So, they milked my personal information and no doubt will sell it for gain. Stay far away from this useless company. They live up to their despicable reputation of 1 star.
Bank of America, 4040 Montgomery Rd, Loveland, OH 45140: Cashier didn't know how to prepare a cashier's check and the printer wasn't working. I was told to send an email to them the next day to see if printer was working but never received a reply. I informed BoA customer service and was told to go find another BoA location. I don't find going to another BoA a resolution for disservice.
So when you have a problem now, they have a chat AI system that is completely useless. No agile will never answer the questions will not help you all it does is frustrate you can’t even give you a customer service phone number that’s how bad that system. All I needed to do was talk to them since a merchant has already canceled it and it’s still pending for like a week but I can’t get a hold of Bank of America to stop the transaction.
I've been with BOA for 10 years. I've had some awful experiences but also some great experience. Compared to other financial institutions I've dealt with, their customer service is above par, albeit they are fixing their own mistakes from time to time. Best way to get your problems solved is to meet in person with their personal bankers. They take far more accountability in getting your problems solved quickly than the call center reps.
