Money grabbers

They don’t maintain their property and if you raise an issue about it, they deny and deny it’s their responsibility. My knee has worsened due to a bad twist and jar due to the path being covered in ice. The customer service agent advised me to go out of my way to access their store if I don’t feel safe on the steps. They have refused to address the comments despite being asked to look into it and are refusing to engage with meIf people have issues, email the CEO and complain. Simon Roberts is the CEO at present

Customer Service South Africa

First of all the store sent a 1 x 5kg of dog food instead of 1 x 15kg so why not supply 3 x 5kg? Next I tried to call customer service when I saw that change which was due later that evening. I got customer service but no NOT in UK but South Africa! What the heck good is that when your in UK?? The language barrier and generally the whole understanding of your dilemma, your geography in relation to the store etc is absolutely useless! Why are Sainsburys sending calls to another country and not UK where they can grasp what your talking about! Then as if that’s not bad enough, you can’t get the stores either and your diverted again to another country! I was told to call back and I would get UK but no albeit how would that work? Will not be ordering again from you!!!

I like shopping at sainsburys

I like shopping at sainsburys, the prices are reasonable Quality is excellent, BUT..Morrisons Grocerys delivery is free for the next month, anytime of the day , so off to Morrisons we go ??Sorry sainsburys but you need to do the same, or make your price's reflect a greater saving. Regards..

When products double in price overnight and poor service is regular.

When products double in price overnight and one listens to the company’s leaders lying about price increases I now think that for most purchases that Sainsbury’s is a store to be avoided. The aforementioned follows late deliveries and a non- delivery. An item omitted from a shopping delivery that took six weeks to get my money back. One gets the feeling that Sainsbury’s is a company that no longer cares. My experiences of which there are many more span the past six months.

Stale deliveries

Hi I joined up for the unlimited delivery service hoping that having twice weekly deliveries would mean fresher food. However this has not been the case and on every delivery there is at least one item of fresh produce that has date expiry on the day of delivery or the following day. Today I was delivered salmon to be used today ie 14/7-this packet was hidden under a top pack with a use by date of 18/7. Sneaky!! Most people including me, want to shop once a week and don’t want to receive stale items. I believe my orders come from the Kempshott ( Basingstoke) store and unless they improve with sending me fresher produce I shall be transferring to Waitrose when my current contract expires. On a positive note all the delivery drivers are friendly and polite.

Electronic Chaos in Melksham Sainsbury's .

It probably wasn't the staffs fault.A lot of people where unhappy as they where using the hand scanners only to find out the scanners weren't working as "NO INTERNET SERVICE". The only had a couple of few members managing the tills .I asked a staff member if they could get more tills open which he did .I didn't see any management on the shop floor it was all left to this young guy to sort.

Sainsburys Bramingham Luton store…

Sainsburys Bramingham Luton store AVOID!- Paul at click and collect was rude, had to shout at him to leave me alone, he then deliberately placed a bollard directly in front of my car. I would have damaged my car if I simply got into my car and drove away - his intention was to cause harm to me! Customer service are quick to palm off the issue back to the store rather than directly deal with it.

The Surys Bin branch in Kingston has an…

The Surys Bin branch in Kingston has an awful online order team. Michael refused to deliver my food shop today as an elderly woman living by myself this caused a lot of stress. The team just lie and cover up for each other. Head office don’t deal with complaints as they should. Very amateur and unprofessional. I will happily spend my money with Tesco instead.
