This website looks secure but it did not let me book my flight as it needed a minimum of 6 people, which is quite unusual. If there was no limit, then I would recommend this website for affordable prices.
the use of the platform is very easy, but it keeps giving me one way ticket which I want round trip, also I have booked a hotel for 2 nights it only confirm one night
Bristol- > Toulouse Toulouse > NantesOur Bristol to Toulouse flight was 3 minutes late, meaning we only had ten minutes to connect before the next gate closed including exiting the plane. This left us only two minutes to connect.This should never have been allowed through trip.com. They want proof from easyjet that the plane landed late, however a friend in the exact same position received an instant refund. They are making me jump through hoops, while they didnt for someone else in the same position. I dont feel i am ever going to get this refund, for this connecting flight which was never achievable , and left us stranded in toulouse. Awful customer service and a huge waste of my time.
It is easy to book a flight and hotel. Recently I went to Vancouver and because of the unexpected flight cancellation I also had to reserve a hotel near the airport. The only concern I have is when I tried to contact trip.com to rebook a flight instead of a real human being I was answered by the machine and the advice was not very helpful as I was told to go online and do everything myself. What I wished was I could get the real help from a human being to get an earlier flight.
Well I booked a return ticket from Karachi to jeddah. But I received a partial ticket I.e. one way from Karachi to jeddah. The other haf of my itenary or my partial ticket I am waiting for it. The website has asked me to wait for 2 days. I am hoping for the best. Their processing is smooth as far as billing and online transaction is considered.
The app is very user friendly, definitely top two of all the travel apps I’ve tried. They give more information than usual, for example, they tell you the aircraft model.
The hotel is nice but the fact that they didn’t have clean towels for more than 24 hours wasn’t worth the price for a week! That goes for beach towels and the towels in the room. next morning they put beach towels (as the room towels didn’t arrive from the laundry) in the room which wasn’t up to a 4 star rating

Paid extra for booking service,When asked to correct misspelled name, they tried to charge me 20GBP each way, as (a flight operator service fee), turn out as complete lie, while contacted EasyJet and Wizzair, they did it completely for free.Next time booking only directly with airlines...
Fantastic experience with Trip.com, had issues with my booking while I was away and an advisor was on hand and able to help, the communication was first class and my issue was solved with all changes agreed which they followed up with emails and calls. I will use Trip.com again and will certainly be recommending them to friends and Family.
Overall, I have had a good experience with Trip.com, except for one occasion, where the fare suddenly rose significantly while my reservation was in the process. Then, I cancelled the transaction and started over again, just to find out that the fare dropped to its original one. This gave me the impression that there's a transparency issue here.
