I wouldn't recommend using Webflow. I've had a bug that I've tried to get help solving for literally 6 months.At this point I'm wondering if the hours I've spent trying to solve it would've been better spent migrating away from Webflow.I'm not asking for anything more than help here.Besides the absolutely awful support... I mean literally the worst support I've had on any website CMS/Builder platform, Webflow has some great functionality.I wouldn't recommend using Webflow. Many functions like embeds that would be free to use on other CMS/builder platforms appear to be paid on Webflow. Slowly more and more functionality is becoming more and more premium on Webflow. Just to be clear I'm using a paid version of Webflow, but perhaps basic support is now paid for?
I was using webflow e-commerce to run my online store, everything was working perfectly. A few days ago, I logged out of my account so someone else could connect his account on my computer. When I signed back in, my workspace was deleted, my 2 sites were deleted, It is impossible for me to access to my customers data to fulfill the orders ! Because I can not stay out of business for a long time, I tried to create a new webflow account to create my store again. And when I try to connect my stripe account, there is an error saying that my stripe account is already connected to a webflow site. So I can not even create a new account to start my store again. The worst part in this situation is that I have contacted the support team at least 5 times, and no one is answering me, their support team is inexistant. If someone from the webflow team is reading this, its time to help me !!!!! Thank you in advance !
Avoid this platform at all costs.I have submitted so many bug reports to Webflow over the last few months. The Webflow Designer is so slow, unreliable, clunky and infested with bugs. It is the most outrageous piece of junk I have ever used.This company has lost its way and they are on a one-way road towards bankruptcy.And then there's the price hike, which they've tried to justify using any means necessary. I mean, they want to increase subscription fees at a time when their platform is, in my view, not fit for purpose.Webflow is the biggest piece of junk anyone can consider using for building websites, and their customer support is slow and useless.If you are thinking of using Webflow, don’t.If you have just started using Webflow, stop now and find an alternative.If you are thinking of leaving Webflow, find a way to do so before you regret it.
I don't have the bugs people complain about here, I'm creating my business website, and it's quite smooth so far. I also like the education they have, especially for someone without a coding background, it helps me. Thanks!
Great idea, great platform, worst customer support ever. These guys take years to fix critical bugs that could be fixed in a couple of hours.Gotten a 140m investment at the beginning of the year, still looks like there is only one part-time developer behind the whole product? Unbelievable...
I've no choice but to work with them at the moment as I'm learning web design, but the amount of bugs and glitches I've found in their software have been terrible enough to make me go crazy. I've found important work deleted at times by their software! Nothing more than 2 stars. Find an alternative if you can. Either the world's not ready for webflow yet - or more likely, webflow's not ready for this world.Don't get me started on their ridiculous prices!! I could get a wordpress site for a third of their rates with more customizable security options.
As a $1 billion company it's a same how much incompetence runs through this company. They have no mature eCommerce solution and their fees are exuberant and rising by the day.To make things worse, their billing and subscription is purposely engineered to be confusing. It makes absolutely no sense and everyone in their FB group complains about it.Webflow has a great tool but they are puppets to their share holders who clearly want to squeeze every cent out of every person.
Customer service is incredible. I accidentally renewed for a year on my uni email address (which I no longer had access to), I told them about my predicament and they refunded me the next day with a very understanding email, even though it was 100% my fault. Their services are wonderful and my husband has used them to grow his business in the best way, I just didn't need CMS hosting anymore.
Yup Webflow is dogwater when it comes to needing to have customized functionality. Automating things that actually save real time and not just the very basic stuff like account creation. It's like everything I'm trying to do I just run into another thing Webflow is incapable of without using a third party and gaining more knowledge on how to use them together. It's a pain and an inconvenience.

Webflow is really dangerous for your business. A client has a paid issie with his credit card and Webflow CANCELLED HIS ACCOUNT. Now there is not any possibilty of log in, anything. My client loses his entire web, i lose mi webflow account with other active projects. We dont have a warning, anything. His support (Rita en imthis case) is not interested in help us, only send us generic responses and there ir not a minimum of interest in solve my problem. Definetly, leaving Webflow forever and not recommend it. A website is not another asset, its really important for business and you are not a serious partner.
I chosen Webflow for creation of a landing page with potential to further extend its footprint in the company and have a full scale website on it.I liked the platform and learning materials, especially videos.But they need to do something with Support - it's terrible. They do not have chat or email - only web form on the site. After submitting the form I have just an auto reply, nothing else.I tried to contact them in social media - Twitter or Facebook, in a day someone requested me to check spam folder... that's all.I would probably consider another vendor...
