Most Airtable functionality is unavailable.I have been using the free Airtable functionality for over a year or more. It looks amazing, but is complex. I'm not an experienced database designer, so my usage has been basic and intermittent since I could not figure out how to use it well.There were quite a few problems I encountered over time and I got the canned responses others have commented on. It was clear they want to focus on their core business users, not small, free users like me. I accepted this and persevered, but less frequently. There are many updates to the software. Recently, I tried to use the software via my iPhone and ran into serious usability problems. In particular, writing in a long text field caused the field to jump around so I could not reliably see what I was writing. I have just discovered that the field moves between two places with each character that is typed. Unusable like this.I looked more closely. Now I can only access one database from my PC or iPhone. There is no warning about this. I am reluctant to upgrade to get access to data I have put in, unless I have confidence this company is going to support small users like me.Note, I have now found a way around this problem, but this examples highlights this platform is changing often and users need to keep up to date to use it well.I could rate them as 1 since this is really bad practice. I think they are very unaware of their smaller, less profitable customers. However, in principle, the SW looks promising, but I would want to have real expertise and resources behind me before I started experimenting with this Software seriously. In particular, ensure I got meaningful responses from customer services.

Yesterday my airtable account was deleted for no reason.They only sent me a very simple email."Your Airtable account has been deleted. We're sorry to see you go!"Omg, hahaha. Meh. (puke)I've lost customer emails I've been collecting for almost two months and my business has been a mess from the start.Airtable is a really poor, poor company. I think it's because they needed my 1200 customer information. :)They are a really, really pitiful company that without hesitation deletes personal accounts to steal 1200 customers' information!!!I want to say to all Airtable users.Beware Airtable!!!They will monitor your data in real-time and delete your account for no reason at the moment they deem necessary or no longer necessary.I don't get it. Why do they live like that...As an honest person, I don't want to give one point, but I have no way.Just get 1 point, but don't regret it. All these mistakes are yours.
You need better customer service. I've had an issue for the last 24 hours, i've filed multiple complaints,but i've received no help nor support. This is very unprofessional.
Customer service cannot be reached. It is very inconvenient for me to contact you guys. We all have busy day but business like this should always be available when customer
