Lastpass hat eine Rechnung ausgestellt die nicht mit der Buchung und den Rechnungsübersicht im Lastpas-Portal übereinstimmt. Das was am 03.03.2023. Jetzt renne ich seit 5 Wochen über Support-Tickets und Support-Hotline mit ewig langen wartezeiten hinterher. Sie können es sich nicht erklären. Höre ich nur immer. Und das es an der Finance Abteilung liegt. Eine Rechnung bekommen sie aber nicht raus.
Unglaublich unseriös, als langjähriger Nutzer keine Möglichkeit das Abo zu beenden und keinen Support. Eine Software dieser Art muss zwingend einen deutschen Support haben, wusste mir nach Stunden der Suche und probieren nicht mehr zu helfen und habe die Abbuchung auf der Kreditkarte gesperrt. Nach 3 Tagen meldete sich dann jemand flappsig per Mail, natürlich aus US/Canada ohne wirklichen Plan vom deutschen Verbraucherrecht. Bin jetzt bei Bitwarden, das mir dieses Tool nicht eher aufgefallen ist bereue ist.
Honestly appalled. Been locked out of my account even though the master password is CORRECT and they wont deign to give me support because heaven forbid im a free customer and not a subscription. Of course only offer help to your paying customers. I have tried numerous times to recover the account but any time i do i just get the loading circle for hours. Worst app ever worst company ever avoid! You will get no customer service from these lot bar unhelpful articles. Utter joke. Taking my account elsewhere shocking no wonder you lot got hacked.
LP is fine until something goes wrong and then you find out that there is no real support available. I got a message from LP while I was on holiday to say that someone was attempting to log on to my account. I tried to reset my password but couldn’t at which point I was a bit panicked so I tried to contact support urgently but could not even get chat support just FAQs which did not help. In the end I felt I had no option but to reachh for the nuclear option of deleting my info. After that experience I decided to ditch LP and I had to create new passwords for all my websites. I should have left them sooner. For the fees customers are paying the service should be so much better. I’ll never darken their doors again!
I could not give less than 1 out of 5, so LastPass gets lucky. They deserve a -5.I have been a LastPass customer for five years. Why do I give a 1 out of 5?1. They have been hacked multiple times.2. A hack can happen to every company, But it happens repeatedly. Not great for a security company.3. The communications, after all, hacks, were not transparent. They are not straightforward to their clients and try to minimize the problems. Not very trustworthy for a security company.4. Their customer service is a nightmare. Is there any?5. The added new security measures. Sounds great, but it's not. I have experienced multiple times that I could not enter my vault for hours. Not consumer friendly.When you look at other reviews, you noticed I am not the only one who thinks LastPass is not a great solution.
They randomly stop you logging in and send Email validation message.I no longer have access to that Email address and its impossible to contact them. No phone support, no Email support.UnbelievableI actually managed to get hold of a Technical Person by going through the UK Sales number.The technical level of the person I spoke to was excellent and helped me resolve the problem very quickly.
