If I could put zero stars I would

If I could put zero stars I would. What a pathetic company never deal with them. Had a Lazyboy delivered broken out of box didn't realize till lifted up to look for something. Contacted sent pictures hole nine yards. They offered to send a Medic to fix. Are you kidding me a Medic. That has to be the most degrading word you could use for someone that saves lives to be compared to a person that repairs furniture. I'm disabled on fixed income and this is best they can do. I think they get this crap play the odds what will happen and go from there. Never ever buy anything from them not even with an extended warranty. Just jumping threw hoops not worth the frustration or anger. By the way Lazyboy isn't what it use to be it's junk!

Really bad customer service

Really bad furniture experience. 40% of the items that came were scratched or defective. And returning them or even reaching out to Wayfair Customer Service is a pain in the A. Not happy at all with the service. Some reps are great, but the bad ones ruin the whole gist of the WAYFAIR store as a whole. That is why a 1-star company can improve its service and be consistent.

Can't get my order

Ordered a sink, it was supposed to be delivered on July 6th. It is now July 11th and it still has not shipped. Have contacted customer support two times they validated that they have 50. I would suggest that regardless of price you order from another company.

Terrible customer service they told us…

Terrible customer service they told us numerous times when they were going to deliver our patio table and it was never delivered, then we were going to cancel the order and then they delivered the package to us the next day with parts missing. paid $129 to have the patio furniture assembled and nobody ever showed up. DO NOT!!!! do business with Wayfair they are terrible!! 👎

Late order, unusable item, punished by being charged exorbitant return fees. Thanks, Wayfair!

I ordered a garment steamer from wayfair for my wedding. It was to be delivered on Friday, but it was late, so I could not use it. Now I’m forced to pay an exorbitant return shipping fee to return the item that arrived late. Neither customer service via chat nor customer service for business accounts would waive the fee. I’ll remember this failure every time I see wrinkles in my wedding photos. I don’t think I’ll shop with Wayfair again because I no longer trust the company to stand behind their products or services and do right by their customers.

Wayfair reviews often not written by buyers!

I learned Wayfair reviews are often not from buyers. One can be in their "neighbor" program or a designer and it's a way they get ppl to their site and vice versa. It also gives you entre to write Wayfair reviews. So, if you want to push a certain company products, it looks to the outsider like a buyer's review. Often, it's not. It's others who could - through these other means - access their review site to post. Hence half the great reviews or more could be totally bogus!

Sale product canceled after several days

I purchased a chair on Wayfair from the supplier Everly Quinn, which was on sale. After several days waiting for the product to be shipped, I received an email saying that “my cancellation request” was processed. I never requested a cancellation, so I contacted Wayfair and was informed that the order was cancelled by Everly Quinn because “the price was incorrect”, and the seller proceeded to increase the price. Wayfair issued me a coupon code for 10% off that expires in 2 months, and that was about it. I’m writing a review here since Wayfair does not allow me to provide a review for the seller on their website as it seems that Wayfair protects their sellers from bad reviews. I will not be purchasing anything from Everly Quinn again.

My in-stock order has a 2 week time…

My in-stock order has a 2 week time period before it ships. This is an unacceptable time period for an item in stock. Customer service literally told me that the carrier (Fedex) is behind 2 weeks on pickups!!! An outright lie. I worked in online shipping for 23 years and never once did a major carrier not pick up for any reason other than weather.... Fedex is never going to be 2 weeks behind in pick ups. I don't appreciate the lack of integrity here at all.I also noticed Wayfair responding to peoples reviews with a stock response to call for more help. They HAVE no more help. They had no problems taking my money the very day I placed my order..... never again
