Nightmare with flight re-booking

Nightmare with flight re-booking. We cannot change trip date easily as you have to reach customer care for that. The crux of the problem is that customer care in turn reaches support team and never know when they come back. The time support team comes responds is not pleasant and the fare changes in between. Technically you would not be able to re-book your flight if you use booking.com

Booking.com is not trust worthy

Booking.com is cheating travelers. Recently i went to varanasi by booking Trebo Trend azure. Booking.com showed the price as 1200 per night and so many facilities. After going to hotel lift is not working, no toiletries in bathroom, no restaurant, no compliment breakfast. Staff are telling lies. Most important the rate is 2000 per night not 1200 as per booking.com. Trebo Trend Azure, Varanasi is worst hotel. Frequently power cut, A/C stops

Never use booking.com

**Never used Booking.com** to book your flight.**Worst experience**I bought the ticket and airline has change the schedule - I did inform booking.com team in advance that the changes made does not suits my requirement hence I will not use this ticket and go for refund.I fought with them almost 8 months to get the refund but only answer was today /tomorrow. I also escalated this matter with their higher managment but no resolution. Worst customer services with very negative feed back n experience. Do not trap yourself into same experience.Shahid Rafique

Expensive Customer support call charges!

Their customer support is amazing in general they will try to help you BUT their international customers support calls are Too Expensive! They trying to have you on the phone as longer as needed to charge you more & more! Once, a customer support employee seems she was working somewhere 'outside' not WFH and she didn't hear me Very well so the communication was horrible and in a way to explain my issue she had me on the phone half hour & more as a result I pay on my bill too much for this call! AVOID to be much time on customer support calling.

Do not ever book with this company

Do not ever book with this company. This is 100% fraudulent. This company needs to be shut down for taking advantage of people. Reserved 1 month in advance and cancelled the same day, with in an hour. That person told me a refund would be issued in 5-10 days. I waited 12 days, called and was told nonrefundable. Aside from the fact the fees charged are significantly more than other online booking places. I have never had a problem with Travelocity, Expedia, Kayak etc. I can't believe that they have a big name like Melissa McCarthy marketing for them.

Good scenery with Golf Course view

Good scenery with Golf Course view. Rooms are pretty much new. However, there are quite number of weaknesses - shower is not hot enough, water is cold to bear with poorly working TCL brand water heater. No water heater in all taps in the sink. No qibla direction for Muslim prayer signage which is compulsory for any resorts to renew license. No menu provided for room service. No phone is provided in the room to call room to room or receptionist.

Refund issues

I haven’t waiting for over three months for a refund for a cancelled booking. Booking.com have been absolutely useless. After contacting them several times, they asked me to show proof of the payment. I sent a screenshot of my payment but they now say they want me to show them my complete credit card statement and that they will be sharing it with the property. I always thought booking.com were ok, but it’s only when there is a problem for the customer that you find out how useless they are!

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. NEVER EVER take any flexible service with them. It's 1 or 0. If you try to modify your tickets or dates, you're gonna suffer like hell.AVOID AT ANY COST DEALING WITH THEM! Incompetent people, rude and have no consideration for customers. Terrible.

CHEATER. Full of Misleading informaiton

Be smart!! DON't book any hotels on Booking.com. Very misleading information. I am in the UK website and booked a hotel in Japan, the website showed in GBP but in a very tiny words saying I would be charge in JPY and excluding FX conversion charges. I canceled the booking few days later and ended up I lost nearly 8% of the reservation due to FX loss. WTH. Completely ripped off, even I booked FREE CANCELLATION. I have never even experienced this before. First time on Booking.com and never will be!!!! CHEATER!!! DON'T be an idiot like me.

Just tried to buy 2 flights Birmingham…

Just tried to buy 2 flights Birmingham to inverness with booking.com. Went through the booking process, pressed pay and it said UNAVAILABLE, then OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG but they still took my money. I got an instant email saying the money will be refunded 3 to 5 working days. I really need to book these flights today but theyve got my £590 and can't afford to until I get it back.Customer services were very unhelpful. Never use them.

OMG what a joke booked a return flight…

OMG what a joke booked a return flight to Brussels from Birmingham for September 11th Brussels airlines changed the times from AM to PM which was unacceptable they told me i had to get my refund from Booking.com as they were the agent on the Booking.com for business website there is no help page no contact us page i finally got through on the phone to someone who just repeatedly told me they couldn't help I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM EVER AGAIN

No need for such greed…

A booked a room in Dublin as soon as Taylor Swift announced concert dates, a week later they cancelled it stating ‘technical issues) but in reality they want to resell room at a much higher price.An additional concert was added and I booked for that date (as the first date had no hotel rooms left or sky high prices) unbelievably after another week, same thing! First time they promised to find a new room and even pay difference if higher. But they reneged on that and told me to sort myself. Second time they just stated it was cancelled because of technical issue and no further correspondence. Disgusting customer care.
