The AT&T store at 5012 4th Street N in St. Petersburg, FL is the best. Every member of the staff that I have met, including Justin, Austin, Todd, and the manager (whose name I didn't get) and wonderful. They are all very friendly, kind, personable as well as skilled and knowledgeable. When I look around the store, I see that it is not just me, but everyone who is having a good experience there.When the store was closing soon, Justin helped me without a problem. I noticed that he even helped some people who came in right at closing time, even though it meant that he started their transaction after closing time. That was above and beyond! Every phone I purchased from them has been great, until this last time when my phone was glitchy. Incredibly, they allowed me to trade it for a new one because I bought it less than two weeks ago. That will save me from a lot of hassle trying to repair the phone or work out the glitches with Apple. I highly recommend getting your next phone and wireless service from this AT&T store.
Makes it incredibly hard to unlock my phone from atnt seems sus to me must need to try this hard to keep their customers lmaoooooo. Had to pay $30 to some sketch website to unlock my phone instead of going directly through Atnt
This company sells you add on for international roaming. They didn't tell me it wouldn't work. When I got to Paris guess what? Didn't work. Called 12 times without any service. When I returned home home at least 6 more times I called. No satisfaction no refund. They told me it was a prepaid phone and no refund is entitled. Told them I didn't want a refund for the phone,only the $38.12 for the add on that didn't work. So I Customer service agent. get some low level that doesn't understand what a addon is. Spoke with her, this low level agent, who always let you know that she works in the Office of the President. Janitors and valets also work there. Only good thing is that I got the hell out from these losers and find a good company.
Problem with online orderingAfter I placed the order for transferring 4 lines, just befre pressing final Submit button, it says, they will email me a link to upload my driver's license/passport etc to verify my identity. But they never sent that link, and sent an email instead saying my order has been cancelled because they could not verify my identity. How can i verify my identity if they never sent the link in the first place. This happened two times. It says, head to our store with your id to reorder. But then I would not get any online specials.
If I had the option to give 0 star I will. Switch with them with a promotion Costco has giving free phones. Worse nightmare ever! First 3 bills were extremely high, and after being told I was enrolled in auto payment every month I was being charged late fee for non payment. No one couldn't figured out why autopayment was not happening. Looks like they don't train properly their employees and they give wring info to customer to get sales. Finally got help from Costo sales rep. Going back to Verizon again. What a nightmare! End up paying over $800 in charges and fees. FYI don't waste time with a supervisor, they won't help you either .
I switched to At&t and traded in both my wife's and my phones. The phones were lost in the return process, using an at&t provided label, and I have been over billed since December. I am about 8 hours waisted on multiple support calls delivering tracking numbers and everything they have asked for. They have not found a solutions and basically I have to eat the 2 phones they lost and I will be returning the new devices, cancelling and warning people at every turn. DON'T SWITCH TO AT&T, horrible experience horrible service, no accountability. I just wanted to get the word out.
I think that they're in cahoots with Walmart, certain cell phone companies, to take over the world. YO! REAL TALK, GET A GRIP OF THE REALITY THAT YOU GUYSUSE 2 BELIEVE IN. Went into the store after having such a hard time unlocking my AT&T phone. Horrible customer service, rude and condescending. I will never return to AT &T. Battle Creek MI Beckley Rd store. Wish I could tell you the name of the employee but I did not get it.
Added an AT&T offered iPhone as an upgrade for my wife's dated iPhone. We get first responder discounts. Our plan was changed by them on both phones without authorization. I had dealt with their AI crap, been dropped on 6 chats, called back by a woman who doesn't speak English. 6 hours later my bill is still wrong and NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER "SERVICE"
We signed up with ATT about 3 or 4 months ago, and regretted it from the start. We have already canceled our service and switched to another phone carrier. At the time of signing up, we were told that each phone plan would be about $75 each a month for two people, and with the credit from trading in our old phones, we would be about $50 a month each. Get our first several bills, and already at about $200 a month. Reps couldn't explain why our bill was more than what we were promised, only could advise that the employee who signed us up had a habit of falsifying the plans in order to get customers to sign up. Paid off the phones that day to switch services that weekend, which turned into a nightmare in itself. Took over two hours arguing with the ATT rep that the transfer pin was not working on their end. The customer service rep had me request a new transfer pin 6 times because each one wasn't working. They claimed it was my new carrier we were switching to, however, both my carrier and myself were able to confirm the issue was on ATT's end. Advised the customer service rep she was effectively useless as her only response was to keep resetting the transfer pin.
Thieves! I'm ashamed for the poor people who have to work and lie to customers to sell subscriptions ... my case was simple, I had an iPhone 11 Max and I sold them for $ 800, sold I thought, big joke because in fact, they make you a plan where you buy a new phone and you deduct per month! But they don't tell you that! A few months later I phoned customer service and thought I'd found an honest person who lowered my rate! BUT AT WHAT PRICE, that of losing my first subscription plan and now paying for my new iPhone without the belly discount of my first iPhone !!!! THEFT! I contact them today and for not finding solutions they tell me we will open a case!!!! Either yes you were robbed but that's AT&T policy !!!! Humanity is gone, I'm depressed, I just have to take a lawyer and buy my phone and change for less worse if it exists !!! BE VIGILANT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE AN IMMIGRANT, THERE PROFIT AND LIES ARE EVEN MORE AT THE RENDEZVOUS !!!!!!
